We are selling the agricultural land, in the size of approx. 6700 m2, which is located on the very border of the urbanized area, near the center of Umag. The plot has been cleared, according to the actual or intended use it's arable land and vineyard or agricultural land for basic purposes only, i.e. the best arable land (P1).
The plot is located not far from the Spar store, in Umag.
Estate registry is in order and free of any encumbrances.
Terms of sale: In the event of a sales contract being concluded, the buyer undertakes to reimburse the seller half of the sales costs in the amount of 3% of the purchase price. The buyer also pays the real estate transfer tax in the amount of 3% as required by law, as well as the notary fees for registering the proprietorship rights in the Estate Registry and any notary/lawyer fees according to their current price list.
